A-1 Road Service provide insurers that have Emergency Road Service on their State Farm policy to bill directly to their agent, so there is no upfront charges to you!
Do you have Emergency Road Service coverage?
Look on your insurance card; check under Coverages and if there is a Letter "H", then you have coverage for Towing, Lock-out, Jumpstart, Flat Tire and Gas delivery, however there is some restrictions:
1. Towing coverage is to the nearest repair facility only and A-1 Road Service only does give you additional miles free (15 total); then you would have to pay for any extra miles to A-1.
State Farm only covers for 1 Tow per Breakdown, so if you tow it home for instance and then tow it to repair shop later, you WILL usually have to pay out of pocket for the second Tow.
2. Delivery of Gas is covered only, NOT the cost of Gas.
